A smarter way to build your running

Start where you are.
Build from there.

Whether you're brand new to running, returning after time away, or looking for more structure, the Outlaw FitCamp Frisco Run Club gives you a clear progression toward race week.

The program combines coached Saturday group runs with simple weekly guidance so you know what to do between sessions without turning your entire life into a spreadsheet about running. Humanity survives another training plan.

Participants may move between the Beginner and Runner tracks as needed.

Your Run Club Coach

Meet Coach
Paul Pratt.

Paul will lead the Saturday group sessions and guide both tracks through the six-week progression. The goal is not to make every runner train the same way. It is to help each participant build appropriately from their current starting point.

Expect coaching around pacing, endurance, consistency, confidence, and how to prepare for race week without abandoning the strength work that already supports your fitness.

Group support. Individual progress. Zero requirement to already “look like a runner.”

Saturday route progression

Start at Outlaw.
Build toward Warren.

Saturday runs begin at Outlaw FitCamp Frisco and follow a progressive outdoor route toward Warren Sports Complex.

Distances and turnaround points increase throughout the six-week program based on the training week and participant level.

How progression works

Each week builds on the last. Beginners use programmed run/walk intervals while runners use continuous-running options. Distances and turnaround points increase gradually so race week does not arrive like an unpleasant surprise from the universe.
