Where do I see my workouts (PT Clients only)? 

  • When you first login to the app, any workouts or activities your trainer has scheduled will show up under Things to do Today.
  • Just click the one you want to do and hit Start Now

OR

  • Click the Kettlebell Icon on the bottom bar of the app
  • Choose your workout from the list

 

Where do I see my Goals and Habits (PT Clients only)? 

  • Click the Target Icon on the bottom bar of the app
  • Here you can see all Goals and Habits your trainer has assigned to you

 

How can I add/hide Widgets on the main dashboard? 

  • Click the Gear Icon next to My Progress
  • Hold down the 3 lines on the right hand side and drag and drop desired widgets under “Displayed Widgets” 
  • Press Save

 

How do I track my steps? 

  • Select the 3 dots on the bottom right of the menu bar
  • Select connect Apple Health, Apple Watch, or Fitbit
  • Follow the instructions to connect the relevant device

 

How do I track my sleep?

 

To enter Automatically

  • Select the 3 dots on the bottom right of the bottom menu bar
  • Click connect Apple Health, Apple Watch, Garmin or Fitbit
  • Follow instructions to connect to the relevant device

To enter Manually

  • Select the + button on the bottom right
  • Select Sleep
  • Set Bedtime and Wake Up TIme
  • Click Save

 

How can I add a meal? 

  • Click + button
  • Select Meal
  • You can choose to take a picture of the meal to add to your meal library OR Skip Photo 
  1. Search your desired meal from saved meals and select add to your nutrition goal
  2. Search for and select each food item you had for this meal
  3. Scan barcode of food- found when you skip photo you’ll see a barcode scanner on the next list of selections. Choose this to scan any nutrition barcode for its macros to fill into the app.
  • Select Next
  • Choose between Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner or Snack
  • Adjust number of servings and Serving Size for each item
  • Select Save when finished

 

How do I save a meal to My Meals? 

  • Add the meal as per directions above and hit Save
  • Navigate to the main dashboard and click on your nutrition goal for today
  • Locate the meal you want to save to your meal library
  • Select the 3 dot icon to the right of the meal
  • Select Save to My Meals

 

How can I add Body Stats? 

  • Click “+” button
  • Select Body Stats
  • Enter desired stats
  • Click Save 

 

How do I add Progress Photos? 

  • Click “+” button
  • Select Photos
  • Hit Add Photos 
  • Follow the on screen directions

 

How do I edit my profile? 

  • Select the 3 dots in the bottom right of the bottom menu bar
  • Select My Profile
  • Click Edit in the upper right
  • Change desired information
  • Select Save

 

How do I stop/allow notifications? 

  • Select the 3 dots in the bottom right of the bottom menu bar
  • Select Notifications
  • Select notification type you want to change
  • Select notification preferences (None, In-app, or In-app and Email)

 

How do I change the units of measurement? 

  • Select the 3 dots in the bottom right of the bottom menu bar
  • Click Units
  • Select desired units

 

How do I sync my workouts into my personal calendar?

  • Select the 3 dots in the bottom right of the bottom menu bar
  • Select Appointment Sync
  • Click Allow Access
  • Toggle on Calendar in your settings

 

How do I schedule my workouts and activities?

Add to only Today

  • Click “+” button
  • Select Workout or Activity
  • Choose the workout you wish to schedule
  • Hit Start Now

 

Add to multiple days

  • Click “+” button
  • Tap the Add to Today button at the top right
  • Select which days on the calendar you want to do a workout
  • Press Save
  • Select which Workout or Activity you want to add to these days

 

How do I delete a workout I have scheduled? 

  • Click the calendar icon on the bottom menu bar
  • Select the workout you wish to delete
  • Select the 3 dot icon in the top right corner
  • Select Delete 

 

How do I reschedule a workout that is already in my calendar?

  • Press and hold on the workout you wish to reschedule 
  • Drag it to the new day
  • Release

 

How do I start a workout on my Apple Watch? 

From your phone

  • Open the Outlaw app and select the workout or activity you want to complete
  • Hit Start Now 
  • Workout will automatically start on your phone and Apple Watch

From your watch

  • Select the Outlaw app on your watch
  • Choose the workout or activity you want to complete
  • Track the workout right on your watch, without needing your phone
