30-Minute FitCamp is a workout designed for every BODY – regardless of age or experience. Each class is led by a certified personal trainer who can help modify exercises or increase difficulty levels dependent on each class member’s skill set.

BOOTYCAMP

One of Outlaw FitCamp’s popular classes – BootyCamp is a 30-minute class focusing on your best assets…. working your glutes, hamstrings and lower body muscles.

Flower Mound FitCamp is a personalized group training workout! Members enjoy knowing they are exercising clean and sanitary in their very own 7×11 personal cell with equipment just for you for the duration of the class.

No worries about getting lost in the crowd of oversized classes! Our class size is limited to give you an optimal trainer-client ratio for a better workout experience.
