30-Minute FitCamp is a workout designed for every BODY – regardless of age or experience. Each class is led by a certified personal trainer who can help modify exercises or increase difficulty levels dependent on each class member’s skill set.

Outlaw FitCamp Flower Mound is a premier group fitness and personal training studio located at 811 International Parkway, Suite 460, Flower Mound, TX 75022. Founded by Jesse James Leyva, recognized as Denton County's best personal trainer for seven consecutive years, the Flower Mound studio delivers the same award-winning training methodology that made Outlaw FitCamp a local fitness institution.

The Flower Mound location is conveniently positioned near FM 2499 and Long Prairie Road, serving members from Flower Mound, Highland Village, Lewisville, Lantana, Argyle, Double Oak, Bartonville, and the greater southern Denton County area. The studio is minutes from The Shops at Highland Village and Lakeside DFW.

Training Programs at Flower Mound

Choose from 30-minute FitCamp group classes, individual personal training, small group sessions, or couples training. Every workout is different, led by certified trainers who modify exercises for your fitness level. New members start with a complimentary trial session and receive a free personalized Fuel Plan for nutrition guidance.
