What types of training do you offer?

We offer both personal training and our signature FitCamp group training classes. Whether you want one-on-one coaching or a high-energy group environment, we’ve got the perfect fit for you.

Do I need to be in shape to start FitCamp?

Not at all! Our programs are designed for all fitness levels. Our certified coaches will modify movements to suit your current level while helping you progress safely and effectively.

How do I sign up for a free week of training?

You can sign up directly through our website, the Outlaw FitCamp app, or by visiting the studio. We’ll guide you through creating a profile in the Outlaw FitCamp app and help you schedule your first class or book a personal training session.

What makes Outlaw FitCamp different from other gyms in?

We’re not a big-box gym. We’re a results-driven community focused on accountability, personalized support, and helping every member win—mind, body, and soul. We care deeply about our clients’ success.

What are your membership options?

We offer a range of memberships for group FitCamp classes you can book at your convenience, personal training sessions with a dedicated certified trainer, and hybrid options. Our team will help match you with the best fit based on your goals.

Is personal training available?

Yes! Our certified personal trainers work with you one-on-one, in a small group, or as a couple to build a customized plan and keep you motivated every step of the way.

Do you offer nutritional support or performance tracking?

Yes! We provide guidance to support your fitness journey with an Outlaw FitCamp Fuel Plan®, including tips on clean eating, goal setting, and lifestyle habits. Pair that with our OFC Performance app to track your results to help you win inside and outside the gym

How do I get started?

Just fill out the “Find Your Fit” form on our website or give us a call or text. Our team will reach out, learn about your goals, and help you get started with your complimentary trial.

Carrie’s story is truly awe-inspiring.  Her initial interest in joining Outlaw FitCamp stemmed from a desire to lose some weight and become an overall healthier woman and mother.  What she found at Outlaw was a team motivated to help her do more.  Through support, encouragement and her willingness to commit to Outlaw’s programs, Carrie began her fitness journey, taking part in FitCamp’s 6-week challenges.  Carrie is now fitter than she’s ever been before, having shed more than 100 pounds, she has a whole new lease on life, enjoying her newfound energy and cheerleading for others in their fitness journeys.
