Many on our team have advanced their knowledge base and specialize in corrective training, senior training, stability, balance, athletic training, coaching, mentoring & weight loss. VIP Coaching

This program is designed for those who seek extra guidance and accountability to either reach or further their goals working directly with one of our professionals. What’s included with VIP Coaching:

  •  30 minute individual training session weekly.
  •  Weekly progress tracking.
  • Personalized nutrition plan.
  • Structured plan to meet desired results.
  • Accountability working directly with your own Outlaw Fitness Trainer.
