Avocado & Chickpea Salad 🥑🌱

  1. A fresh and protein-packed salad that’s light yet full of heart-healthy ingredients, perfect for refueling after a workout or a light lunch.

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 cup canned chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Mash the avocado in a bowl.
  2. Add chickpeas, cucumber, and red onion and mix gently.
  3. Drizzle olive oil and lemon juice over the salad. Season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
  4. Toss everything together and serve!

Baked Salmon Bites 🐟

  1. A simple, flavorful protein-packed snack or meal that’s heart-healthy and easy to make.

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized cubes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp dried herbs (oregano, thyme, or rosemary)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Toss the salmon cubes with olive oil, dried herbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the salmon on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until fully cooked.

Protein-Packed Overnight Oats

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1/2 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavored works best)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional for extra fiber)
  • 1 teaspoon maple syrup or honey (optional, for sweetness)

Instructions:

  1. In a mason jar or container, combine the oats, almond milk, protein powder, chia seeds (if using), and maple syrup or honey (if desired).
  2. Stir everything well until the protein powder is fully mixed into the liquid.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4-6 hours).
  4. In the morning, give it a good stir and enjoy! You can add fresh fruit, nuts, or a drizzle of nut butter for extra flavor and texture.

Easy Baked Salmon with Roasted Veggies 🐟🥦


This super simple, low-carb, heart-healthy meal comes together with minimal prep, but still delivers great flavor and nutrients. Perfect for busy days when you want a delicious and healthy meal without the fuss.

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar (optional for veggies)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Prepare the salmon: Place the salmon fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
  3. Prepare the veggies: On the same baking sheet (or another), toss the broccoli florets and red bell pepper with olive oil, salt, and pepper. If you want extra flavor, drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Arrange the veggies around the salmon.
  4. Bake: Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork and the veggies are tender.
