National Peanut Butter & Jelly Day: Protein Shake

Today is national peanut butter and jelly day and boy do we have a treat for you. A peanut butter and jelly protein smoothie, the perfect post workout snack packed with protein and the favorite combo, PB&J.

 

Recipe:

1 Cup of frozen berries

1-2 tablespoons of all natural peanut butter or almond butter

1/4th cup or for guys 1 cup vanilla protein powder

2 tablespoons of rolled oats

1 cup of milk (any kind)

 

INSTRUCTIONS

Place all in a blender and mix until smooth

 

Tips

Any kind of protein powder will work, we recommend whey protein
